The new year 2021 has indeed started with a big bang.
A short while back data released by the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), Pusa stated that temperature readings at its weather station located inside their campus has recorded -0.8 ° Celsius.
Normally weather stations record minimum temperature anytime between 2.30 am up to 5.30 am.
