India’s very own Blue Book to fight CoronaVirus is out.

Many COVID19 ‘hot’spots’ are are likely to be prepped-up in the comings days.

Such virus ‘hot spots’ will be isolated from the rest of the country in what is considered to be a focused and final assault to kill the CoronaVirus going out of spin.

A further 28 day strict and complete lockdown will be enforced in these Containment Zones or Buffer Zones.

Those who violate curfew like situations in these Containment Zones or Buffer Zones will be booked under section 270 of IPC (jail punishment up to 2 years).

This has been clearly spelled out in a 20-page document released by the Central Government on 04 April 2020 titled “Containment Plan for Large Outbreaks: Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)”.

In 211 districts spread across nine states including the National Capital, many hot spots are likely to be declared as Geographic Quarantine areas. This can happen anytime now  or even before 14 April 2020.

The document states that Union Health Secretary has been designated as the authority in the country to declare any part a Containment Zone or Buffer Zone.

The document, which can be dubbed as “India’s Blue Book to fight COVID19” clearly states large trouble spots of COVID19 clusters have been identified in Kerala, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Karnataka, Tenlangana and UT of Ladhak.

In these 9 states and UTs, 211 districts are affected.  The introduction in the 20-page COVID19 Blue Book says, a very strict systematic approach will be implemented with impunity to segregate the affected areas from the rest of the country in an attempt to kill the CoronaVirus.
