News has come-in that India and Finland are going to set-up a world class quantum computing centre in a joint ownership operation.
On Wednesday the 20th of April a official release issued by the ministry of science and technology relevant formal papers were signed off between top officials from India and Finland to agree on a possible areas of co-operation in quantum computing and setting-up of a virtual Centre of Excellence (CoE).
Representing the Indian side was minister Jitendera Singh from ministry of earth sciences and space and from Finland side the delegation was headed by Mr Mika Lintila their minister of economic affairs.
