The day when Sri Lankan authorities said the island nation has only one day’s of fuel left, comments by former Pakistan’s PM, Mr Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has painted a very grim picture of his country.

Abbasi who was Pakistan’s prime minister only for about seven months from August 2017 onwards was quoted by various Pak’s TV channels on Monday the 16th of May 2022 stating that economic condition is very bad and in fact worse than expected.

He is Pakistan Muslim League (N) leader, the same party which is heading the present government.

Shahid Abbasi poured venom over Imran Khan blaming him for the present economic crisis in Pakistan which many experts say could worsen in the near future and meet the same fate as that of present day Sri Lankan economic crisis situation.
