According to latest issue of Nature journal and according to various media reports, COVID19 vaccine being developed by Oxford University in association with Astra Zeneca had shown very encouraging results.

Oxford vaccine has given positive results when tests were conducted in monkeys.

Now it has begun trials for phase -III on humans.

Recently detail results of vaccine tests conducted in monkeys were published separately in Nature.

Serum Institute of India has already announced to produce 100 million dosages of Oxford vaccine, as and when it is cleared for largescale vaccination.
