This episode on Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) was first broadcast on air in the erstwhile Rajya Sabha Television (RSTV) on 23 May 2017 anchored and produced by Vineet Dikshit.

RSTV has now merged with the erstwhile Lok Sabha TV (LSTV) and is now known as Sansad TV, the official television channel of the Parliament of India.

This particular episode is credited for a rare footage and videography of exploits of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) deployment in Ladakh sector facing the Chinese borderline known as the Line of Actual Control (LAC) – a border between two countries which is yet to be demarcated on map/ground as per the various laws of the Vienna Conventions.

Fifty percent of locations where shooting took place for this exclusive documentary by RSTV included those where cameras were permitted for the first time ever by the Government of India.

Also in this programme, women soldiers of the ITBP posted along the LAC at heights ranging from 14,500 feet to 17,000 feet.

Also – this episode remains the highest ever viewed documentary on RSTV’s YouTube till date – produced and anchored by Vineet Dikshit.

It had registered at least 10 million views  – and still counting
